All Quartz Co. winter jackets are proudly designed and manufactured in Canada, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance for extreme cold.
What is your shipping policy within North America?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 within Canada and the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
How do I find the right size?
Our jackets are designed with different fits: Slim, Regular, and Relaxed. We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide located on each product page to find your perfect measurements.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our down is traceable and certified by the Global Traceable Down Standard (Global TDS), and we use recycled fibers in many of our technical shells.
Does Quartz Co. offer a warranty on its products?
We offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers zippers, buttons, and seams under normal usage conditions for the life of the product.
